The minor service involves carefully lifting the temperature and pressure relief valve and cold water expansion valve to ensure correct operation and release pressure and excessive temperature in your hot water unit.
The major service involves replacement of the temperature and pressure relief valve and cold water expansion valve, tempering valve, anode replacement and inspection of all other key elements within your hot water system.
